PlayStation Now Announcement

Today,  Sony President and Group CEO Andrew House announced a new service that Sony Entertainment will provide to their PlayStation Users. We are talking about PlayStation Now. What is PlayStation Now?

PS Now is a cloud-based service much like Netflix or Spotify, but for gaming. It will host a wide collection of PlayStation 3 archive titles initially, with the potential to include PSOne, PS2, PSP and PS Vita games too. You will be able to access them at your leisure, playing them instantly on any device that has access to the service and a half-decent internet connection.

It will use the technology acquired when Sony bought cloud gaming company Gakai, which allows you to play games that are not hosted on your own local consoles or other devices, but on massive servers elsewhere.

Personally, I both like and dislike this new service. I absolutelly loved the fact that you will be able to play PlayStation Games in Non-PlayStation Devices. This is way better than PSN (PlayStation Network). Although, I dislike this service because some people are saying that memberships for PS Now will cost a lot of money. Eventhough, it's a good invesment for people who have Sony Devices in their households or workplaces.

Solution for PS3 Super Slim 12 GB

2 months ago I bought a PS3 Super Slim with 12 Gb of internal space. Since the beginning I knew that it will be difficult to play games with that little hard drive so I looked for a solution and I was about to give up. I considered to exchange my PS3 for a cellphone, a tablet, or I even considered to give my PS3 to my brother as a present. But Now, I finally found a solution.
There is an special bracket that allows you to change the hard drive of the PS3. Its not available to buy in Ecuador. I've looked all over the internet and I found a really cheap (according to me) offer in the UK. You have to pay about 70 dollars (taxes included) to buy the bracket and a 320 Gb HDD. I think it's really convenient and as soon I get the money, I will definitely buy this.

This blog will be about PS3. Everything from games releases or software updates, so stick around.

Personally, this is the first time that I have a video game console of my own and I’m really glad whit this. I don’t consider myself an expert gamer, because I haven’t played many video games and I don’t know too much about video games and consoles. I would say that I only know the basics.
